Alhamdulillah got amazing services as promised for Umrah. Good food and accommodation nearby Haram sharif. No complaints throughout the journey and always available for communication and resolution if needed.
It was very pleasant experience we all enjoyed to the fullest also we were travelling with a child but not even once we had any difficulty. It was truely amazing package
Better than the best.they customized my tour,gave me the best convenient hotels,good vehicles,door to door service.had to do nothing.my visa ,documents ,evrything at my doorstep. I would say ,its top of the line service at most reasonable rates. They even arranged wheelchair. Am extremely happy and mind you , I am not an easy guy to please and wont tolerate any nonsense. So a big thanx to the entire team
Feedback for our singapore tripEverything was very well organised. Aleem, a big thank you as you had given us lot of options of hotels and attractions. The Chancellor Orchard Hotel location was amazing. It had 2 metro stations on each side (left and right). Orchard Road is the one of the most posh areas as all the big brands, luxury malls and hotels are there. Even the president palace is situated right in the center of orchard road and hence it is the safest place to stay. And every attraction was very close to Orchard road which was really good. The hotel was clean and staff was courteous. The only thing was the breakfast could be a bit better. The best part was the private transfers for all the attractions. All the drivers were very courteous and friendly and the transport co ordinator Mr Nathan was very helpful. All the drivers suggested us what to do and where to find good halal food. We had a wonderful trip. Thank you Makki Madni and team!

Speaking from personal experience. The most important aspect of this company is it's honesty and focus on service . You will get what is promised . When I was planning for Hajj 2023 ,I contacted 15-20 Hajj and Umrah tour agencies .Many of the most reputed names of Mumbai went back on their words and treated Hajj like a common business . While Makki Madni treats Hajj and Umrah service as a way to earn rewards for the Afterlife . Go with them blindly .
I was planning a trip to Dubai with my wife ,as it was our first trip outside India so we were little confused and nervous that how we'll manage everything, then a family member suggested me to try makki madani tour and travels..I'm glad that I choose this agency yesterday we came back to India from Dubai and it was a great experience..The hotel ,breakfast and sightseeing everything was good .The drivers was always on time and was of friendly nature..Overall very good experience they didn't do any false promises and delivered what they said..
